Prescriptions
If you need a repeat prescription there are four options which are at the discretion of the doctor: Speak to reception to
1. Book a face to face consultation (fees may apply)
2. Book a telephone consultation (fees may apply)
3. Visit HotDoc for further information on how to use Quick Consults for prescription requests
Reception will pass your request to your doctor, who will decide which of the options are most appropriate for you and your medical condition. Whilst we will try and accommodate your request in a timely fashion, depending on doctor availability, we cannot guarantee that urgent requests will be dealt with on the day.
